Hello out there in all the good places you find yourselves this evening.  Here, in Australia, the summer crickets are shouting. The seasons have changed and soon Christmas will be upon us.

Yours truly has been away for an extended visit to the ghats of Varanasi and other places in the great land of India for some weeks. And let me tell you, the older you get the harder the jet lag is to avoid and shed. 

The trip to India found me in several musical venues and soon all that music will be highlighted over at Harmonium Music, but for now, to re-open the account I offer the colossus Toots Hibbert covering the soul of Memphis with his gravelly silken voice.  It’s a fantastic album which I discovered while exploring old passions with a former girlfriend on a wintery night in Chicago..

Let the reggae/soulfulness take you away and until I get my energy back…adieu.
