Antidote to Eurovision: African Disco

The Eurovision final is tomorrow night. A 90 year old Englebert Humperdinck will represent the UK. My, we've let it slip a bit through the years.

To REALLY get your blood pumping on this (wet) Saturday night, here's a fine collection of 1970s disco. Actually, R&B ala Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes, afrobeat without Fela and lots of other goodies from Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana.

Dig.
